In today's real estate climate, everyone's looking for a bargain. Knowing where to find them is key. Because we specialize in land, waterfront, view and bank-owned properties, we have the unique advantage of being the first call for banks, developers and owners who need to sell. We know how to price properties so that they will sell in a tough market. We understand that the best way to find those bargains is to hear about them first. Victoria Robbins Realty has an exclusive tool which we use to make this happen for our buyers. It is simply called, the "List". The purpose of the "List" is to notify its members once the property is ready for marketing but before we release it for sale to the general public. We do this by sending out IPO (Initial Private Offering) Bulletins to "List" members. You may receive your IPO bulletins by email or by regular mail. Usually, you will get a 5 - 10 day window for previewing the property. Often these previews include special incentives and discounts for members of the "List" which apply for the IPO preview.

To become a member, simply provide us with some basic information so that we'll know how to reach you. The "List" is a proprietary tool of Victoria Robbins Realty. You can rest assured that we will not use your contact information for any other purpose nor will be share or sell it to anyone.
